All shipments are tracked via automated parcel tracking integration with Pathao and Steadfast Courier services. You will receive SMS updates with your consignment tracking number.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a hassle-free 7-day exchange window for unworn items with original tags and packaging intact:
- Size exchanges are welcomed subject to stock availability in our warehouse.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and retain original brand tags and poly-packaging.
- Defective or mismatched items will be replaced with zero additional shipping cost.
3. How to Initiate an Exchange
Simply reach our concierge team with your Order ID and preferred replacement size via WhatsApp / phone at +880 1403615012 or email concierge@forrabix.com. Our delivery partner will pick up the package directly from your address.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, innerwear, fragrance items, and clearance sale items marked as final sale are not eligible for exchange unless an inherent manufacturing defect is proven upon delivery.
